Letter from the Principal
The mission of Leipsic Elementary School, in partnership with parents, students, staff, and the total community, is to create a positive learning environment. Our partnership, centered upon high expectations and mutual respect, will provide a diversity of proven curriculum and innovative instructional practices to stimulate, challenge, and assist all students in the fullest development of their unique abilities and talents as citizens.
We want our children to know the meaning of values and know that practicing good values in their day to day encounters helps them to become responsible, caring, adults. We are concerned about the values, judgements, and attitudes that children bring to school. We are all aware that the best teachers children have are the actions they see being carried out by the adults around them. It is our example they are learning to imitate. So we must constantly be asking oursleves, are we doing the right things, the most respectful and considerate things that young eyes and ears are observing?
We, as a staff, want parents to know that we are concerned about morals and values in childrens' lives. We know that our parent and guardian concerns are as great as ours. Together we can produce thoughtful, respectful members for our community and their world.
Sincerely,

Richard F. Bryan, Principal
